im needing to find a foster home for my pup for 3-12 months. she’s a husky heeler pyrenees mix up to date on shots and not spayed but hasn’t had her first heat yet. her name is maebell and she turned 1 as of march 20! she’s very energetic but loves cuddles and attention. she does well with cats, children, other dogs, males and females, and small animals. she’s house trained and bell trained, she knows sit, stay, lay down, roll over, shake, paws up, paws off, leave it, drop it, leash trained (tugs a little if she’s excited still), and she has a very sweet temperament. she’s never bitten or gotten aggressive, but she does guard her food and will give a little warning snap if other animals get close while she’s eating, so we feed her separately from other animals to ensure nothing happens. she does best when she’s given atleast one 30-45 min walk/run a day but loves to have two walks and some time playing fetch or hanging out with her outside! when on walks if she gets distracted or worked up over another person or dog i can just tell her to sit and she usually comes back to her reality after that. she’s never had an accident in the house except when she was a baby baby still, but she’s used to being crated if we leave the house or during overnights. she does well in her crate and is pretty quiet over the nights unless she needs to use the bathroom (she almost always makes it the whole night without having to) she will have her crate, rug, toys, treats, collar, leash, harness, food, food storage tub, food scoop, food and water bowls, shampoo and conditioner, brushes, and anything else i find around that’s hers with her for her foster home to use for her. during her time while she’s being fostered i would still like to be able to visit her, be the one to take her to vet appointments, and have daily communication on how she is. please reach out if you’re interested in opening your home to my sweet maebell!! if you seem like a good fit i will schedule an in person letting with you to come play with maebell and to get to know eachother better and make sure it’s a perfect fit! thank you<3
