Position is available in May Resident manager needed at a beautiful 40-unit condominium complex in Princeville. This is a full-time position with a wonderful, private condominium residence provided on the property (manager must live on site). Tasks include light carpentry, painting, and general maintenance as well as daily management of the complex. Resident manager also oversees vendors, obtains work bids and estimates, writes monthly reports and attends board meetings. Some computer skills required. Experience preferred. Applicants must be responsible, trustworthy, and team-oriented. No drugs. No smoking. No pets. Compensation includes housing on the gorgeous north shore, a salary, health insurance and other benefits. The complex is super well-located in Princeville and is walkable to three beaches and multiple ocean overlooks, has gorgeous views of the Hanalei mountains, and is charming and quiet.
