Yard service worker wanted We do general yard maintenance (mow, blow, whip, hedging, detailing, some landscaping, some chainsaw, some tree trimming but it's mostly general yard service. I'm looking for someone who has lots of experience in yard service, knows all the tools including zero turn mowers and can trouble shoot,, fix them if they have a problem. Someone that can learn accounts to lead a small crew. I don't expect you to lead a crew right off the batt but withing a couple months, yet, I'd like you to take some reigns and one of my right hand men I'm not looking for just another worker that just shows up to go through the motions and doesn't want to grow with the company. I'm only looking for motivated people that I can count on to follow my direction daily, do good work, work efficiently, come to work ready, with good attitude, communicate well, etc. Pay starts at $23 and can easily grow to 25+ within a year if you prove to be what I'm looking for. MUSTS: -Have valid drivers license -Have your own truck that's capable of towing one of mine (or your) small trailers with mower. -Know all yard service tools including chainsaws and Zero turn mowers. -Be reliable -Have a working phone and know how to use it :) -Be able to communicate well -Be teachable and be able to take feedback and constructive criticism. MUST NOTS: -Show up hungover, high, or worse -Unreliable -Do bad quality work -Have a temper when told something -Etc... BONUSES: -If you're a mechanic and can fix trucks or yard service equipment then there will be more work for you. -If you know irrigation, etc. The job is pretty easy going. The money is solid. About $1,000+ a week.
