I am currently looking to hire someone to start training to become Van Leader. Overall Pretty light clean work in upscale homes in the area. $12 an hour for training, once trained $15. Once leading a van $18+ About us: My name is Rowen Todd, I run Mountain Vista Window Washing. Some of the services we provide are Window Cleaning, Screen Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, And Pressure Washing. We are a small business located in Boone NC and service the surrounding area of blowing rock, Boone, and Banner Elk. Van Leader position Job duties include: Driving company vehicles, Talking to clients, Performing property maintenance services, Training your assistant along with other new recruits, and managing safety on the job site. Window Cleaning Assistant Position Job duties include: Job duties include: Job setup, Performing property maintenance services, Assisting the Van Leader in daily duties, van organization, and managing safety on the job site.
