Looking for help with several small apartment projects including clean-outs, minor drywall repair, painting, window blind installation, limited plumbing and electrical work, concrete patching and appliance removal and installation. Job pays $40.00 per hour cash plus cost of materials. Must have own transportation. Referrals required. Work would start April 1.
