We are hiring installers for Weatherization Systems which includes the following: 1. Housewrap 2. Window/door self adhered flashing 3. Zip taping 4. Liquid Zip flashing 5. Misc. waterproofing We are Florida's Oldest and Largest Weatherization Contractor, servicing Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns counties as well as parts of Georgia. We have a LOT of work....7 days a week if you desire. We pay our crews piece work (per job) and our trained employees average over $25/hour regularly, with extremely generous year end bonuses based on how well the company performs as a whole. The better the company does, the better everyone does. We offer up to 3 weeks paid vacation based on tenure, supplemental insurance (dental, vision, injury, etc.), direct deposit and paid Holidays. We prefer experience in the weatherization field, but any kind of construction experience is helpful and we are willing to train ambitious and reliable people.
