Candidate must possess the skills to manage the office when the manager is out however main responsibility will be to keep the facility clean and do minor maintenance. Some requirements: smiling face and positive attitude, FL driver's license and transportation, strong work ethic, ability to work in the sun, able to lift up to 35 pounds, attention to detail, office skills (telephone etiquette, customer service, computer). 34-40 hrs per week.
