Let It Grow, Inc. is a high-end landscape and site construction company. CURRENTLY, our organization is looking for EXPERIENCED maintenance workers who are willing to learn and grow within the organization. We service the needs of our construction clients in the Greater NYC and NJ area. We are comprised of a group of experts who create a team atmosphere that completes projects professionally and efficiently. Our company specializes in hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and carpentry. Responsibilities of this position include client interaction, maintaining prestigious properties, and training/developing crews to provide best in class service to our clients. This position will stay in Brooklyn. Minimum Requirements for Position: 1-year experience working on a maintenance crew using landscape equipment (walk behind mower, blower, etc.) Pruning Experience Reliable transportation to and from work Must be available for snow removal Must speak and understand English Having a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is a plus We WILL hire skilled labor without driver's license but must be legal to work in the USA Must have a social security number Duties and Responsibility: This is a position filled with labor Able to work 8-12 hour days walking, standing, and crouching Ability to lift more than 50lbs Open to teaching and positive reinforcement Trustworthy and responsible individual who is looking to advance in the landscape service industry Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in work performed Benefits Include: Health Insurance 401K Paid Vacation/Sick Time Holidays Time and a half over 40hrs a week
