Must be willing to look at jobs and give price estimate on whole job (CONSTRUCTION, PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC) WE WILL TAKE OUT WORK PERMITS (PLUMBER AND ELECTRICIAN MUST TAKE OUT THEIR OWN) Must be able to do job by blueprint Price, we take out the GC permits needed from the DOB.
