Wild Edible and Medicinal Plants of the Wind River Valley
Lower Elevation- Sage Brush This class will look at early plants in the spring.
Cost: $15 per person, per class
9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Meet at CWC - Cyber Center parking lot 9:00 AM
to carpool.
Bring a backpack, a lunch, water, sunscreen, bear spray and wear boots and a jacket.
Meredith Taylor is a Certified Wyoming Naturalist who specializes in Ethnobotany - the study of Wild Edible and Medicinal plants. She has long appreciated the value of Native Flora that was gathered by early inhabitants throughout North and South America for millennia. The Rocky Mountains are rich in these important plants and we can all gain by learning their value.
