Energy Healing with Horses is a Therapeutic Equine experience with an emphasis on supporting and improving emotional health through energetic balancing techniques using Splankna Therapy(TM). This is an intuitive, transformational journey into the healing world of energy, where the horses mirror the whispers of the soul and guide you according to your original blueprint. We will navigate the safe and trusted landscape of the spirit where energy finds balance along therapeutic pathways. This wellness experience begins by utilizing relaxation techniques such as intentional breathing, prayer and guided imagery to center ourselves and still our minds. We discuss how to honor our horses and respect safety protocols, and illustrate their role in our activity. You will then be guided in how to partner with the horses and clear energetic blockages which inhibit emotional and spiritual vitality. We will then process how the impressions you received during the activity reflect your views of life and illuminate how clearing your energy influences your ability to live a more authentic life. This experience allows everyone, regardless of prior experience, to give their soul a voice by allowing our equine partners to mirror our energy as a means of mindful contemplation and emotional healing.
