Description
Bigfoot is about 4 years old. I've had him since he was about 4 or 5 months old and his previous owner dumped him in my neighborhood. He is the biggest, sweetest baby who absolutely loves sleeping in bed and chasing balls. He can be energetic but is pretty good in the house and is kennel trained. Unfortunately him and our Great Dane male fight if they are both out in the house so Bigfoot spends too much time in the kennel and with our situation we can't give him the time or attention he deserves. I was diagnosed with cancer in August and for a while every 2-3 weeks we had to travel to Georgia for appointments. I had a hysterectomy 5 weeks ago and haven't been able to walk him or play with him and my husband is a truck driver who is gone all week.
I will be very picky about where he goes. He's an awesome dog. He has only been around young kids a few times and he gets really happy and excited around them, but has never been aggressive towards anyone. I don't think he would do good with another intact male dog. We had planned on neutering him but our finances have been super tight and we couldn't do that. He does ok with car rides, just gets a little nervous.
He also LOVES water and will try to catch water from the hose when you spray it up in the air, also does good with baths. He is very athletic and like I said, I think his favorite thing in the world is catching balls. He likes toys but if they squeak, they only last a day, if that. He's been around cats and did great with them. Does good around rabbits. I'm not sure if he would chase chickens or not. He doesn't bother the horses.
