Dog in need of home

This is with a heavy heart and not sure even possible. I have a male german shepherd 8 months old. He is special needs he has hydrocephalus.. it's where the brain is unable to drain and in time will eventually kill him so the vet said. He seems in no pain.. but he has erratic behavior. Not mean or anything but he cannot walk-on a leash or go in a car etc. He is to much for my other dog to handle. The vet recommended I put him down due to his erratic behavior. I just can't bring myself to do it unless I know he is in pain. I guess I'm looking for maybe a farm or somewhere not with another dog for him to live out his life... I don't know what else to do. If there is anyone that possibly could give him a better life. They say dogs w hydrocephalus don't live past 2 years. I'm just at a loss here bc he is to much for my other dog..ideally I would love to see him on a farm or someone with land with no other dogs. He's a sweet soul. If not I'll keep him until it's time. I'm Just trying to do what is best for him and my other dog. There is no medications to give him. No extra care. No rehoming fee. Any questions please email me.
