Deanna does what she does to help people and is in it for the relationships. She started Leverage Up, LLC two years ago and since then has worked with both companies and individuals to incorporate her triangle strategy into their LinkedIn process. Deanna combines her broadcasting “know how” with years of digital marketing into her business. She started her entrepreneurial journey in 2020 because the strategy worked for her as she quickly grew her following on LinkedIn from 400-25,000. She lives in Copley, OH with her husband Jason and her three children. Greg Kalikas is former TV and Radio personality, podcaster, CEO and an accomplished entrepreneur with over 20 years' experience in the sales and marketing worlds. From 2016 through 2020, Greg served as National Sales Manager and was part of the corporate leadership team for one of the country's fastest rising digital marketing agencies. With Greg at the helm, the agency was recognized by Adweek as one of the industry's top 100 fastest growing digital agencies worldwide in 2019. In 2021, Greg and his track record of success joined the YBM (Your Business Marketer) team and has served as the company's Director of Sales ever since. YBM was named Hudson’s Digital Agency of the year in 2021 and on pace for a record year in 2022. A proud husband and father, Greg is a life-long NE Ohio resident. Deborah Wasylko, MBA, CGD, CGE, is an entrepreneur, author, show host, and coach noted for her work on sales growth, relationship marketing, client retention, and award-winning corporate gift design. Since its launch in 2003, Deborah has led Baskets Galore growth, achieving multiple awards as Top Corporate Gift Company of the Year by Cleveland’s CBC Magazine. She received a US Design Patent for her unique 360 gift and packaging system. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Sherwin Williams, Progressive Insurance, Westfield Insurance, Parker Hannifin, Moen, Wall Street, National Public Radio, and many more. Deborah is on the executive faculty for The Gift Designers Conference; the largest international gifting organization. She lives by the ideal that kindness is never forgotten and coaches her team to execute to the highest standards—giving first; while helping others succeed. She resides in Brunswick, OH with her husband John, and her two children.
