During the class Julie will share tips and tricks while demonstrating how to put together a charcuterie board, step by step. The class will give you tips on portioning, teach you how to choose the perfect cheeses and meats, give you recommendations for pairing complementary textures and flavors and so much more. Each attendee will receive, 1 glass of Prosecco, a take home guide to assembling their charcuterie at home, as well as a goodie bag.
