A Soundbath is a transformative journey that uses the magic of sound to connect us to our Highest Self. Sound has been used for 1000’s of years to heal, raise the consciousness of our powerful human experience and enhance the enjoyment of life. Tucked away in a small studio in Hot Springs Village you will find Illuminate… a modern sound healing studio. We will start with a brief & fun artistic theatrical demonstration of how sound can transport us to different places … because where sound goes, the mind follows. I will then play a sound journey curated with both modern and ancient sounds to transform the “noise” of our fast paced world. All you have to do is lay down on a yoga mat, close your eyes and enjoy the rejuvenating journey. Think rain, whales along the ocean, crystal bowls, and perhaps even some jazz, lofi and other genres… Music and sound is our universal language & our journey will be a rejuvenation of the senses. My goal is for your mind to re-connect to a state of peace & leave our sound journey having a deep appreciation of how transformative and fun sound is for the mind, body & soul. I will provide comfortable yoga mats, pillows & blankets for you during the experience. Private Soundbath sessions are also available.
