The rules would be as follows:
Squat: bottom of the squat has to have knees and hips parallel.
Bench: head back and flutes must stay on bench and the bar must touch the chest
Deadlift: the rep only counts with a full standing lockout.
No ego lifting just good form and good sportsmanship
