The finish really announces the vintage’s concentration, with a high-toned drive and a sense of mineral-driven solidity. Domaine Gavoty, Grand Classique, Cote De Provence, 2021 Combines Grenache and Cinsault in roughly equal proportions, with Carignan playing a minor role which varies based on the vintage’s character. Displays an uncanny equilibrium, with racy acidity wed to gleaming fruits that are just the right amount of vinous, all buttressed by an elegant, mouthwatering texture. Chateau les Mesclances, Saint Honorat, Cote De Provence, 2021 With notes of grapefruit, white peach, and rose, this structured rosé carries power and vivacity. A lovely, balanced expression that showcases the vinous prowess of Provence! Sainte-Beatrice, Cote De Provence, 2021 Under the same ownership as Chateau Roubine, this estate has old vines, some up to 60-years-old. The wine is rich and with concentration as well as a crisper edge. It is full of red-berry fruits, sharpened with red-currant acidity. About Olivier Flosse Olivier Flosse is a 2X Grand Award Winner.
