Our Sound Bath will start with us setting an intention to create the tone for your meditative journey, where I will begin to guide you into a meditative state. The sounds of these high gentle frequency Alchemy Bowls along with the vibrations of the earth and sea, permeate the body at a deep cellular level to connect our awareness inward, realigning the mind, body, and spirit. This lost yet newly rediscovered healing practice helps us to release stress, anxiety, emotional blockages, and tension we may be holding onto within our energetic and physical bodies.
