Join us on The Junction for live music from Spencer Wood Band Spencer is a Fort Worth-based artist with roots in the great tradition of songwriters who got their start playing Monday nights at the historic Blue Light Live in Lubbock, Texas. His influences include legendary Texas troubadours like Jerry Jeff Walker, Robert Earl Keen, Guy Clark as well as older contemporaries like William Clark Green, John Baumann, and Cleto Cordero. In 2020 Spencer was one of five finalist in Larry Joe Taylors Annual Songwriting Competition at Melody Mountain Ranch in Stephenville, Texas.
