This class is an introduction to some ingredients you may have never used. Like" Buckwheat flour, Coconut flour, Oat flour and 1 to 1 Gluten Free Flour. Changing up some of the "normal " sweetness we are used to using by trying out Maple Syrup, Fruit Purees, Monk fruit and some other fun ingredients. My goal is to offer a new option to those who are trying to bring some new foods into their daily lives. This is one of the 1st classes. *Gluten free Chocolate, Almond Brownies(With Toasted almonds, Almond Butter, Dark Chocolate and flaky sea salt)how can you go wrong! *Pineapple, Vanilla Bean Filled Coconut Cupcakes *Cranberry, Chocolate Chip, Almonds Oatmeal Cookies. You will have the experience and the recipes to make these delicious treats.
