Join us for a Tasting Dinner featuring a menu from Pavilion Executive Chef, Jonathan Hudak to benefit End 68 Hours of Hunger Join us! Wednesday, April 20th we are hosting a Tasting Dinner featuring the culinary creations of Pavilion Executive Chef, Jonathan Hudak. The proceeds of this dinner are going to the Wolfeboro Chapter of End 68 Hours of Hunger and the Knights Against Hunger. End 68 Hours of Hunger is a private, nonprofit effort that confronts the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive at school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive at school Monday Morning. Knights Against Hunger is a student-led, unified organization at Kingswood Regional High School that provides supplemental food assistance to grades 7-12 in the Governor Wentworth Regional School District. Both Jonathan and representatives from End 68 Hours of Hunger and the Knights Against Hunger will be with us as we explore an amazing selection of flavors at this evening event. Doors open at 5:30 / Dinner: 6:30 - 8:30 DINNER MENU: Pecorino Custard fava beans, radish, pea greens Herb-Roasted Chicken marcona almond zhoug, snap pea salad, pickled onion Valrhona Chocolate Pudding whipped crème fraiche, miso caramel, salted pretzel crunch PLEASE NOTE: These tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and there are NO MENU SUBSTITUTIONS available.
