There will be a Mezze course to start for socializing and enjoying the Bear Creek property, then we will sit down and enjoy our 3 main courses and dessert, all paired with Bear Creek Winery's cold climate wines.

This dinner is inspired by the book Midwest Mediterranean locally written by David Clardy, Megan Myrdal, Fadel Nammour, Peter Schultz, William Schultz, and Noreen Thomas. A copy of the book is included with your ticket. More books will be available for purchase on site as well as Mistra Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
