Join us for an evening of Midwest Mediterranean style food prepared by Chef Joe Swegarden, paired with wine from Bear Creek Winery. Who doesn't love wine and food together? Join us for a 5 course dinner hosted by Bear Creek Winery and Midwest Mediterranean joined by Chef Joe Swegarden! There will be a Mezze course to start for socializing and enjoying the Bear Creek property, then we will sit down and enjoy our 3 main courses and dessert, all paired with Bear Creek Winery's cold climate wines. Locally sourced ingredients provided by Doubting Thomas Farms, Hugh's Gardens & UpNorth Organics. This dinner is inspired by the book Midwest Mediterranean locally written by David Clardy, Megan Myrdal, Fadel Nammour, Peter Schultz, William Schultz, and Noreen Thomas. A copy of the book is included with your ticket. More books will be available for purchase on site as well as Mistra Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
