Now you are able to workout in the comfort of your home with Maggie the DSES fitness and exercise Guru. With easy to follow cardio exercises and weight training with nothing but body weight and common household items, you will be able to get in and stay in shape. Maggie's virtual workout classes will leave you feeling invigorated both physically and mentally. Each session includes the workout, cool down and feedback.
These classes are only offered two days a week. Monday and Wednesday from 8:30AM to 9:30 AM Everyone Welcome
And the Cost?
Through an endowment, These classes are being offered at no cost to participants, though classes are limited in size, so sign up early.
