Maintenance person/handyman

Rezide, Inc. / Serenity Executive Rentals is a property management company in the south bay area. We are in search of a handyman / support / maintenance person. We manage nearly 100 homes in the area. Our properties are a mix of long-term tenants, and AirBnB style short-term rentals. The position is part-time to start, and will likely grow to full-time hours within a year. Initial hours are approximately 20 to 30 per week. Some after hours and weekend work may be needed on occasion, but we really try to minimize that. Example tasks * Assemble furniture * Supplies deliveries / errands * Laundry (towels, sheets, linens, for our AirBnB rentals) * Set up roll-away beds * Minor electrical issues, like resetting circuit breakers * Minor plumbing issues, like unclogging garbage disposals * Repair window screens * Install/replace door handles/locks * Garage door issues * Paint touch up * Fence/gate repairs We are looking for someone with general knowledge, ability to troubleshoot, and make basic and minor repairs. Contractor license a plus but not required. Requirements * Must drive own car (van or truck would be ideal) * Must have own tools and equipment Pay is $23 per hour + gas allowance.
