Let's learn how to make some authentic Thai food! Mathinee Spencer was born in Thailand in 1970 and by the grace of God, she has lived in the United States since 1980. Mathinee has been married for almost 30 years and she has 4 beautiful children, and one grandson. The menu for this class is still in the works, but will likely involve Thai Drunken Noodles.
