A Cobb oven is an earthen oven made of clay, straw and other natural materials and is one of the oldest methods of baking. Cooking outside is the best, less mess to clean, plus the smells of fresh air and wood smoke. Spring herbs will inspire our biscuits as we play with seasonal flavors.
