We're back! The Stand 21 Racing Goes Safer Foundation returns to Long Beach for the 9th Annual "Racing Goes Safer" driver safety seminar! The Stand 21 Safety Foundation’s Annual “Racing Goes Safer” driver safety seminar at the Long Beach Grand Prix (our 10th year there) will be held on Saturday, April 9th, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, followed by informal conversation and a light lunch. All that will take place in the Long Beach Convention Center, Room 203, B&C Once more, it will be the best opportunity to hear from internationally recognized safety experts and veteran drivers with practical advice on how to make racing drivers and crews time on track safer, wherever they compete at. This year's topics to include: fire protection, improving your focus, making off road racing safer, history of the HANS®, and electric vehicle racing safety. The event is free as long as you have a general admission ticket or track credentials to enter the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach track. It is intended to racers at all levels, their crews and families, and sanctioning bodies who are interested in practical advice on how to better protect themselves from dangers at the track. This edition’s program will also include a special signing session of Yves Morizot's book about his personal and Stand 21's history. The Stand 21 Safety Foundation is a non-profit organization created by Stand 21 Racewear Founder and President Yves Morizot to help educate racers on better safety practices. This is done through seminars featuring worldwide experts in motorsport safety. More information about the Foundation can be found at racinggoessafer.org.
