The Golden Tiger Reunion is an annual event celebrating the 50th anniversary class and all who have previously been inducted. The Golden Tiger Reunion is an annual event intended to serve as the class reunion for all classes who have previously been inducted as Golden Tigers in years past and as a celebration for the 50th anniversary class. Golden Tigers are invited back to campus to reunite with their old classmates and friends to reminisce about their days as students and to learn about what is happening at Clemson today. Due to the postponement of reunion in 2020 and 2021, we will celebrate the classes of 1970, 1971 and 1972. Schedule of Events Thursday, June 9, 2022 7:30 – Reunion Registration and Check-in Opens - Madren Center 2:00 – 4:00 pm – Tours & Activities for all reunion guests. Tours and activities to be announced closer to the date. Tours and Activities are first come, first served and participants must register for these activities at check-in. 4:00 pm – Refresh Break back at the Madren Center 5:00 – 6:00pm – Social Hour – Open Bar. Madren Center Lobby (all reunion guests) 6:00 pm – until – Welcome Reception – All Reunion Guests Enjoy an evening gathering with your classmates celebrating the student organizations and activities that you participated in while you were a student. Heavy hors d’oeuvres. Entertainment includes DJ and dancing to the hits of the 60’s and 70’s. Open Beer and Wine Bar. $55 per person. Attire: Casual Dress. Madren Center Ball Room Friday, June 10, 2022 7:30 am – Refreshments Enjoy refreshments and lite pastries prior to the day’s activities in the Grand Hallway of the Madren Conference Center. Refreshments are complimentary. 9:00 – 11:30am – Tours & Activities for all reunion guests. Tours and activities to be announced closer to the date. Tours and Activities are first come, first served and participants must register for these activities at check-in. Noon – Clemson Family Luncheon - All Reunion Attendees – Remarks from faculty & staff. Casual Dress. Buffet lunch. $35 per person. 2:00 – 5:00pm – Tours & Activities for all reunion guests. Tours and activities to be announced closer to the date. Tours and Activities are first come, first served and participants must register for these activities at check-in. 5:00 – 6:00pm – Social Hour – Open Beer and Wine Bar. Madren Center Lobby (all reunion guests) 6:00pm – Until – Class Parties. Madren Conference Center. All classes will be assigned a room with their classmates. Larger classes will celebrate in their own room. Smaller classes will gather with class years closest to their graduation year. (i.e. 1941, 1942 and 1943 may celebrate together) Casual Dress. Open beer and wine bar. $50 per person.
