Construction Supervisor Assistant – Swimming Pool Construction Premier Pools and Spas, the nation's largest and fastest-growing swimming pool builder, has an opportunity for immediate employment for a Construction Supervisor Assistant. To be considered for this position, you must have knowledge of construction and the ability to efficiently communicate with subcontractors, inspectors and employees as needed. Bilingual is a plus. Qualified candidates must have organization and communication skills. Construction Supervisor Assistant Duties: • Assist Construction Supervisor in picking up equipment, construction materials, as needed, assist with jobsite cleanups, backfills, loading and unloading constructions materials and other labor intensive duties. • Coordinate, schedule and work with Construction Supervisors and subcontractors to meet deadlines • Assist with meeting with Inspectors at jobsites. Provide supporting documentation if requested by Inspector • Perform all duties assigned by the Construction Supervisor • Develop positive customer and subcontractor relationships Could be a great opportunity for someone that enjoys hard work and being on the field daily and willing to learn other pool related trades.
