Lost ring

I'm hoping someone found my missing ring and will turn it in. It's an heirloom and is the only thing I have of my grandma's and I somehow lost it today while out running errands. I've destroyed my house looking for it, my car as well and I'm crushed. The only place I went to was Michaels in Lake Stevens in the area where Safeway and Ross are. I don't know if it fell off when I took off my jacket or what, but I'm am absolutely distraught and hope someone found it. It's a silver carved band with a heart shaped opal stone. I will give a reward for it. It means the absolute world to me. Please help me find it!!!
