Learn how to leverage your festival experience as a filmmaker AS well as get ready for the first IFC Signature Event of the year! After our incredible showing of the community at March's Meeting we strive to continue that momentum as we talk about Film Festivals in general and the KC Film Fest International in some specifics. We invited as many local filmmakers we could get our hands on to come, show some trailers, and talk about their screening. Some of the organizers from the KC Film Fest to talk about what Filmmaker could and should be doing when they go to a festival. Sav Rodgers will be speaking on his experience at festivals and what you should be doing at festival to progress your filmmaking. NOT only that, but we will be Announcing the IFC's first Signature Film Event of the year, as well as discuss all the ins and outs of the new and improved membership options for the IFC! As always, our meetings are free to the public!
