It is extremely powerful, yet gentle energy that can be easily channeled to yourself just by intention. I also offer space to our guides, the spirits of place, and the ancestors who wish to be present. A healing session can induce an extremely comfortable state of being that can bring alteration in consciousness, support the immune system, help acute (injuries), chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches, etc), and aide the breaking of addictions. Please allow breathing room after your session. You will be in a nourished and grounded space, which is best suited to be supported by a nap or light walk in the woods.
