Fast-Growing Dog Care Company in Astoria, Queens Seeking Experienced and Exceptional Dog Walkers Kapooch, a specialty dog care company, is seeking an exceptional Pack Leader and Walker for its Astoria, NY walk area. This person must be responsible, reliable, and committed to top tier service. We’re looking for an energetic, proactive team player who has excellent interpersonal skills, and whose experience is grounded in customer service. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining client relationships, walking our client’s dogs, managing a schedule, and continually improving their overall performance. Candidates should be interested in a career working with dogs as a dog walker. Our approach to dog care is unique and all walks are structured and calm. Therefore we provide behavioral and energy training to our walk employees. This person should also be a motivated, responsible, committed person, with great energy and positivity. Candidates must have a car and a clean license. They must be physically able to walk several hours in a day (including up and down stairs for some locations) and be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
