Are you ready for the best volunteer gig in the city! We'd love you to come out and support Oklahoma’s Premier Scottish / Irish Festival! Are you ready for the best volunteer gig in the city? Our festival is literally built on volunteers, so thank you for your interest in joining our incredible volunteers at the Scotfest | Oklahoma 2022! Our volunteers make this event happen and we'd love to have you come out and support Oklahoma’s Premier Scottish / Irish Festival. Volunteers will help in various areas such as sell beverages, take tickets, assisting in the various areas of the Highland Games or even help in the kids glen while having a great time listening to some of the best of Celtic rock and folk music from around the globe!  We want you to know how much we truly appreciate your time so we are stepping up our game this year. We've increased our volunteer check-in crew and have added a special line for volunteers to get onsite and checked in. When you check-in for your first shift, you will receive your very own Scotfest Swag Bag! This will include your exclusive "Kilty Pleasure" Scotfest Volunteer t-shirt, PLUS TWO DRINK TOKENS AND A FOOD TOKEN FOR ANDOLINI'S PIZZA FOR EVERY SHIFT YOU WORK! Free water throughout your shift! You also get free admission to enjoy the event at the conclusion of your shift AND a free ticket to come back the next day, or give to a friend! Signup before Labor Day to guarantee your shirt size is available!  Volunteer Signup Party! Join us Thursday, August 25 @ 6:30 p.m. at: Stoney Creek Hotel Broken Arrow. We will have plenty of refreshments and beverages for your enjoyment. We will run you through some quick training, event information and set expectations. You can meet, greet and socialize with your new fellow teammates and the Scotfest board, a perfect networking opportunity in making valuable connections, partners and friendships.  If you are interested in becoming more involved with Scotfest throughout the year please do not hesitate to contact us, we have several openings on varies committees!  Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you and working right beside you at Scotfest | Oklahoma 2022! HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By volunteering to work the SCOTFEST event, you hereby agree for yourself, your successors and assignees, to indemnify and hold harmless SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, from all claims, lawsuits or any other action for personal injuries, including death, and damages to property, real or personal, caused by your individual/organization, and/or acts or omissions of SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, arising out of your individual/organization's involvement in SCOTFEST, and from all judgments and costs incurred in relation to said claims and lawsuits, and from all expenses incurred in defending said claims or lawsuits. The individual/clan/ society/organization named herein, including any successors, heirs and/or assigns hereby releases SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, all Sponsors and Officials, including their agents and employees, from liability, from any claim it might otherwise have for participating in SCOTFEST, including, but not limited to, any claim for personal injury or physical impairment or other claim of any type, arising out of participation or involvement in this event. By volunteering to work the SCOTFEST event, you also agree to indemnify and hold harmless those released above from any such claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney's fees and all court costs. FAQs Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? YES, please bring your volunteer ticket with you for check-in and to collect your volunteer t-shirt.
