Broker's Prelicense class being taught live!! Broker Pre-license class taught live April 4 - 29. Monda & Friday 9am-2pm and Wednesday 1-6pm. This will meet the 60 hour pre-license requirement to meet state guidelines. Cost is $500. Class test is required with a 70% or more to pass. State exam is required with a 70% ormore to pass
