Here are the top three stories in Norfolk today: A man arrived at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with a gunshot wound while the Norfolk Police Department was investigating a shooting on West 26th Street. The incident occurred on Monday with officers reporting to the 1200 block of W. 26th St. It is currently unclear if the gunshot victim and the shooting are connected. (13newsnow.com WVEC)Neighbors on Norfolk's Little Creek Road have raised concerns about speeding near Tidewater Drive. According to the neighbors, drivers blow through red lights and ignore the street's posted speed limit. The neighbors believe the speeders are not teenagers and worry that they are part of a recent surge in street racing hitting the area. (WAVY.com)The U.S. Coast Guard announces that dredging has begun to free a stuck cargo ship in the Chesapeake Bay. The Ever Forward has been stranded for more than a week.
