Growing house cleaning service company looking for full time Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. We are a family-friendly company, in business for 17 years. Nice office in a pleasant office park, working with friendly, motivated people. Future hybrid work-from-home opportunity with this position.
The Customer Service/Inside Salesperson is the voice of the company for our customers and prospective customers. We are looking for someone with a friendly personality and good telephone voice, who can work very independently to meet our sales and customer retention goals.
$41k annual salary.
Some of this position’s responsibilities are:
Promptly answering all incoming requests and processing quotes and service changes
Using our scheduling and CRM software to followup on leads, quotes, and first time customer purchases
Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly sales numbers
Resolving customer complaints
Giving cleaning techs assistance as needed (locked out of customer home, need more time to complete cleaning, etc.)
Assisting General Manager as needed

Skills Needed
Proven inside sales experienceStrong phone presence and positive, professional manner
