ARLINGTON, VA — A California man was charged with indecent exposure for an incident that took place Thursday night in Shirlington, according to the Arlington County Police Department. Jonathan Cartwright, 45, of Gold River, California, was arrested Thursday on charges of indecent exposure. He was held in the Arlington County Detention Center without bond. At about 7:30 p.m. on March 17, police were dispatched to the 4000 block of Campbell Avenue in Shirlington for a report of an indecent exposure inside a business. Upon arrival, police officers found the suspect and took him into custody without incident. About 20 minutes prior to police arriving on the scene, the suspect entered into the business and exposed himself to female victims, according to the ACPD.
