GLI president and CEO, Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, issued the following statement applauding the House: "House Bill 499 is a much-needed step to address the childcare crisis Kentucky is facing right now. The bill will create a public-private partnership that will encourage employers to offer childcare assistance as a benefit to their employees and provide matching contributions with state funds.
