HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Now that the St. Peter's University men's basketball team continued to stun basketball fans with their win over #7 Murray State University Saturday night, the folk heroes will get a police escort to round 3 in the NCAA college basketball championships on Friday. Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop posted on Facebook Sunday: "We'll ... give them the proper JCPD escort down to Philly later in the week so NJ can salute them on the move," Fulop wrote.
