Description

Press release from the Missoula County Government: March 18, 2022 I've been with Missoula County since 2018, and as one of the two County electricians I help keep all the County buildings up to code by maintaining old/new electrical systems, installing new wiring and coordinating with departments on remodels or new projects. The Detention Facility's programable logic control system is especially interesting and keeps me on my toes. I also help maintain the seven mountaintop radio sites that the 9-1-1 center relies on for countywide emergency communications. The diversity of the buildings, projects and control systems provide great opportunities for growth and keep me engaged. The Facilities team has a wealth of knowledge from various backgrounds. The problem-solving skills and foresight I've gained working with them is invaluable. I do very much enjoy the work I do for the County. Outside of the office, my wife and I continue to explore different parts of Montana. Our three Maine Coon boys at home demand an equal amount of our time and attention. I requested a group photo but that was never going to happen. This press release was produced by the Missoula County Government. The views expressed here are the author's own.
