Press release from the City of Missoula: March 15, 2022 Please join Missoula Parks and Recreation and Evergreen Housing Solutions for a public open house to view and comment on preliminary designs for West End Farm Park, a proposed community park in the Captain John Mullan Neighborhood. The drop-in open house is Wednesday, March 30, from 5:45 to 7:30 pm at Hellgate Elementary, Building 3 - Lunch Room. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. Missoula development firm Evergreen Housing Solutions plans to build 240 units of high-and-low density housing and a 28-acre community park near the intersection of England Boulevard and Flynn Lane, north of Hellgate Elementary. Evergreen has engaged Design Workshop, a landscape and urban planning firm, to facilitate the park outreach and design in cooperation with Parks and Recreation.
