The project, known as the 610 Extension Project, is the final portion of a larger project to connect Interstate 94, County Road 30 and Highway 610. The plans include a four-lane highway between I-94 and County Road 30, a connection across the interstate to Highway 610, and ramps to I-94 East and from I-94 West to the 610 extension, according to officials.
