ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Albright, 51, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 9:53 p.m. March 11, at E. Noyes Street and Belmont Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 12 was assigned. Devon E. Brown, 34, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. March 18, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 20 was assigned. Kenneth Davis, 32, is accused of driving on a revoked driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 8:27 p.m. March 16, in the 100 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 20 was assigned. Isahel Perez Gonzalez, 26, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 3:15 a.m. March 16, at E. Algonquin and S. Arlington Heights roads. Bond was set at $250 and a court date of April 26 was assigned. Roberto C. Reyes Elias, 27, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 3:54 p.m. March 12, at N. Walnut and W. Euclid avenues. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 31 was assigned. Julio A. Sanchez-Cruz, 31, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 5:05 p.m. March 11, in the 1100 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 12 was assigned. CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY Kenneth W. Bordes, 35, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 10:19 p.m. March 16, at Red Roof Inn, 0-100 block of W. Algonquin Road. A court date of April 12 was assigned. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Victor Clara-Garcia, 46, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:39 a.m. March 14, at Algonquin Road and Tonne Drive. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned. Tsevelmaa Dashnyam, 47, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:37 a.m. March 14, at Golf and Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned. Antonio V. Frasch, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:09 a.m. March 13, at E. Northwest Highway and S. Carlyle Place. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned. Devin W. O'Donnell, 22, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, improper use of evidence of registration, and was arrested at 9:03 p.m. March 17, at Campbell Street and Ridge Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of May 9 was assigned. NO DRIVER'S LICENSE Herminia Diaz Olayo, 51, is accused of operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license, and was arrested at 8 a.m. March 11, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Orchard Street. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 20 was assigned. RETAIL THEFT Bekim Ismajlaj, 47, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 4 a.m. March 14, at Target, 1700 block of E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of April 13 was assigned. BATTERY Komsan A. Jimongkonkul, 38, is accused of battery, assault, unlawful use of a weapon (knife), and was arrested at 6:19 p.m. March 15, at Coopers Hawk Winery, 700 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of March 30 was assigned. Lukasz Oledz, 37, is accused of battery, had a warrant for a probation violation, and was arrested at 3:30 p.m. March 16, at State Farm, 1000 block of W. Rand Road. Bond was set at $20,000. LAST WEEK: Bail Bond Violation Bust Made Near Former Theater INCIDENTS THEFT A resident in the 0-100 block of S. Highland Avenue reported that between Feb. 25 and Feb. 28, a pair of shoes valued at $116 was stolen from the package cabinet in the lobby.Residents in the 500 block of W. Rand Road and 1600 block of Woods Drive reported that during the overnight hours of March 8, the four tires and rims were stolen off their 2018 and 2019 Honda Accords.SUSPICIOUS PERSON A person called police at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 28, hearing a female screaming, and a man run to the vehicle with a flashlight in hand, in a parking lot in the 1600 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. The person fled the parking lot and headed south. There was no vehicle description. The area was checked and no one was located.A resident in the 900 block of W. Dundee Road reported at 4:35 p.m. March 1, seeing a man wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, and black pants looking into and going underneath cars. The subject left in Chevrolet Cruze prior to police arrival. Officers checked the area and the vehicle was not located.A resident in the 1100 block of S. Old Wilke Road called police at 8:37 p.m. March 7, to report a man in his 20s wearing a dark jacket was checking cars in the parking lot. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the described person.THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS OR ACCESSORIES A resident in the 100 block of E. Central Road called police to report that between Feb. 28 and March 1, someone stole catalytic converters off three of the resident's vehicles. The vehicles were a white GMC 3500, a blue Jeep Cherokee, and a white GMC Safari. The estimated cost to repair the vehicles was between $8,000 and $10,000.A resident in the 1400 block of E. Central Road reported that during the overnight hours of March 8, the catalytic converter was stolen off her 2009 Honda. The cost to replace the catalytic converter is unknown.A resident in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road called police to report that between March 12 and March 14, the catalytic converter was stolen off his Mitsubishi. The cost to replace the catalytic converter is unknown.CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE A resident in the 1500 block of N. Patton Avenue reported that during the overnight hours of March 1, someone entered her vehicle and rummaged through the center console and glove box. Nothing was taken. The vehicle was parked in the driveway and left unlocked. AGGRAVATED DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM A person called police at 3:48 a.m. March 3, to report an SUV, possibly gray in color, stopped near the parking lot entrance in the 1500 block of W. Algonquin Road. As employees were getting ready to exit the building, a person inside the vehicle fired four gunshots. No one was injured, but a vehicle in the parking lot was struck. SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT A person reported at 9:29 p.m. March 4, a group of juveniles were hitting cars with unknown objects or possibly paintballs at Euclid and Forrest avenues. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the juveniles.Residents in the 2600 block of N. Haddow and 700 block of W. Happfield Drive reported on March 5 their houses were "egged" by someone.A resident in the 0-100 block of S. Evergreen Avenue reported at 3:40 p.m. March 5, seeing four teenage boys running around with an airsoft gun and pretending to shoot it. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the boys.CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTYA resident in the 900 block of N. Gibbons Avenue called police at 8:50 p.m. March 9, to report an unknown person in his neighbor's garage. Officers made contact with the homeowner, who said someone poured an unknown liquid and salt on the garage floor causing damage. The homeowner also found sand scattered by the front and rear entrances of the residence. The cost to repair the damage to the garage floor is unknown. RETAIL THEFT An employee of a business in the 1700 block of W. Algonquin Road reported at 5:19 p.m. March 10, reviewing the security cameras and seeing a male subject take a DJ Controller Beat Machine from the shelf and walk out of the store without paying for it. The item is valued at approximately $950. UNWANTED PERSON A business owner in the 2500 block of E. Rand Road reported at 9:43 p.m. March 11, seeing a man and woman in their 20s attempting to gain access to locked rooms. They refused to identify themselves to employees. They were gone prior to police arrival. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate them. BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE A person reported that between March 11 and March 12, someone entered his vehicle and stole a package off the front passenger seat. The package contained an Apple iPhone 13 valued at $1,082. SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE Two callers reported at 3:09 a.m. and 3:25 a.m. March 14, being followed by an unknown driver in a 2013 white Toyota Corolla. Both callers exited I-90 at Arlington Heights Road, where the Toyota began following them. Both callers drove to the police station, where the Toyota stopped following. Officers checked the area for the Toyota, but were unable to locate it.
