Dew Duck Inn Part Time Property Attendant Job Description The Dew Duck Inn, located in Plains Montana, is looking to immediately hire a part time Property Attendent. The following is a job description outlining the basic duties and expectations. Job Description: The property attendant is responsible for performing the following duties: • Execute cleans of all guest rooms checking out for the day. Duties including stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, mopping floors, emptying trash, etc. • Wash, dry, fold, and store all bed linens and towels • Be available to assist guests with their needs such accessing their units, providing offered amenities, answering general questions, etc. These may be while on-site or on an on-call basis. • Have the ability to report maintenance issues in guest units or anywhere on property. • Ability to fix minor maintenance issues such as replacing lightbulbs, troubleshooting TV or WiFI issues, etc. • Take overall responsibility for the well being of the property while on shift. Requirements: • Must be available to work weekends • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Ability to reach, bend, twist, etc as needed to perform daily cleaning duties • Prior property management or housekeeping experience a plus • Hard working, highly motivated, and ability to creatively problem solve.
