After Stabbing, Worcester Man Arrested At Bus Station

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police arrested a 21-year-old city man over the weekend after a serious stabbing at a downtown bus station. Near 9:30 p.m. Friday, Worcester officers based at Union Station responded to the WRTA bus hub along Foster Street on a report of a stabbing. Nearby, police found a man with serious stab wounds at the intersection of Grafton and Franklin streets. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Soon after, police found a second 21-year-old man who had been involved in the fight. He was taken to jail on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, Worcester police said.
