Job Description - Ability to perform detailed inspections and Determine, recommend, and provide recommended services - Recommend specific services based on inspection results - Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide - consistent and quality service to each customer (i.e., service, payment collection, rescheduling) - Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively address all customer questions, concerns, and document account changes - Strictly adhere to all safety procedures - Document all work performed - Create detailed service reports - Sell or up-sell new services to potential and current customers - Properly maintain your truck and equipment **Positions and services in areas around Lewiston/Auburn, Portland, Brunswick, Augusta, Waterville, Bangor, etc.** Employment Requirements: - Outstanding Work Ethic AND Positive Attitude - Strong customer communication and relations - Exceptional Problem-solving skills - Ability to create and maintain open dialogue between other employees and management - Responsible, motivated, self-starter able to work well independently - Ability to make service decisions quickly and effectively with available information - Need to create and achieve high expectations for own work - Ability and Desire to learn and hone new skills - Ability to use or learn new technology and software - A valid driver's license that is not currently suspended or revoked - Ability to move/lift 50+lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces - Agree to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test - High school diploma or equivalent Compensation/Benefits: - $1000 bonus with completion of Licensing - $20+/hr (once licensed) w/ overtime/bonuses - Potential to make $45K+ in the first year! - Company vehicle and equipment provided - Company Phone - Paid training, licensing, and development - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation - 401K w/ company matching - Healthcare - Career advancement
