Criterion General in need of an onsite Construction Superintendent in Fairbanks, Alaska with experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Under the direction of the Project Manager, supervises the activities and operations of assigned field construction personnel. Responsible for administration of personnel policies, procedures and practices as applied to assigned staff. Acquires equipment, materials, and services as needed and in accordance with approved guidelines. Maintains open and responsive communication with the Project Manager. Coordinates with the owners, their representatives, architects, and subcontractors. Monitors and controls project costs; ensures cost effective purchasing procedures as follows.
