Custom Septic Inc. is a septic company in operation for over 26 years. We specialize in septic installation, inspection, design, and repairs. Custom Septic is looking for a motivated individual that would like to make a career in this industry. Pay is based on experience with advancements, bonuses, and pay increases happen quickly. We are willing to train and invest in the right individual but we need an energetic, hard working, motivated person to join our crew. Custom Septic installs new septic systems as well as inspects and designs septic systems. The work is seasonal with four long work days (Monday-Thursday about 40 hours) during the week, three day weekends (Friday-Sunday), and unemployment income during the winter. You work hard about 7.5 months a year and then get paid Unemployment to fish and relax for 4.5 months typically based on weather. As an employee you will work with a shovel, rake, bobcat, back hoe, lasers, laying out and gluing pipes and other installation tasks. Class A/CDL license is helpful but you can earn this in time as well. Custom Septic will send you to schooling to learn soils, inspection certification, and additional certifications in the septic field.
